In the Interoception Awareness program, Elizabeth Sautter shares easy-to-use, effective tools to help kids tune into their body’s signals—like hunger, pain, or anxiety—so they can feel more calm, focused, and in control.
With her guidance, caregivers and professionals learn how to support emotional awareness and build self-regulation skills that really stick.

Challenge
When Elizabeth Sautter came to us, she had a powerful vision backed by years of experience: a workshop to help caregivers and professionals support emotional regulation through interoception awareness. The idea was clear and incredibly valuable—but bringing it to life online was a challenge.
She found it tough to translate the depth of her work into an engaging digital experience that would connect with educators, therapists, and parents. Her materials were full of great content, but they lacked the structure, clarity, and messaging needed to stand out. The sales page, in particular, needed to clearly explain what interoception is, who the workshop was for, and what participants could walk away with.
To make her vision a reality, we focused on sharpening the message, simplifying the user experience, and building a cohesive brand that truly reflected the passion and professionalism behind her work.
