Interoception Awareness Workshop

By Elizabeth Sautter

Overview

Join Dr. Kelly Mahler and Elizabeth Sautter for a 90-minute live workshop designed to help parents, educators, and professionals better understand interoception—the sense that helps us notice and interpret internal body signals. You’ll explore how interoception affects emotional and sensory regulation, especially in neurodivergent individuals. The session offers practical, neurodiversity-affirming tools to support self-awareness and co-regulation in everyday life.

Project Intro

In the Interoception Awareness program, Elizabeth Sautter shares easy-to-use, effective tools to help kids tune into their body’s signals—like hunger, pain, or anxiety—so they can feel more calm, focused, and in control.

With her guidance, caregivers and professionals learn how to support emotional awareness and build self-regulation skills that really stick.

Challenge

When Elizabeth Sautter came to us, she had a powerful vision backed by years of experience: a workshop to help caregivers and professionals support emotional regulation through interoception awareness. The idea was clear and incredibly valuable—but bringing it to life online was a challenge.

She found it tough to translate the depth of her work into an engaging digital experience that would connect with educators, therapists, and parents. Her materials were full of great content, but they lacked the structure, clarity, and messaging needed to stand out. The sales page, in particular, needed to clearly explain what interoception is, who the workshop was for, and what participants could walk away with.

To make her vision a reality, we focused on sharpening the message, simplifying the user experience, and building a cohesive brand that truly reflected the passion and professionalism behind her work.

Solution

To help Elizabeth overcome these challenges, we gave her online presence a thoughtful refresh. We started by clarifying the messaging to clearly show the value of her Interoception Awareness workshop—making complex ideas easier to understand and highlighting the real, practical benefits for caregivers and professionals. Then, we redesigned the sales page with a clean, polished look that’s easy to navigate and visually engaging. By aligning the content with Elizabeth’s expertise and focusing on the outcomes participants can expect, we helped her create a digital experience that truly connects with her audience.

Outcome

To support Elizabeth in bringing her vision to life, we gave her online presence a much-needed refresh.

We started by tightening up the messaging to clearly explain the value of her Interoception Awareness workshop—breaking down complex ideas and focusing on the real-life benefits for caregivers and professionals. Then we redesigned the sales page with a clean, welcoming look that’s easy to follow and visually appealing.

By aligning the content with Elizabeth’s deep expertise and the results her audience cares about, we helped her create a digital experience that truly resonates.
